If you have not received it, please check your spam. If not in your spam please reset your password.

Select the year to view your credits.
Log in to prendo365.com and click on the course you want to download the certificate. On the next screen click on DOWNLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATE
On the sign in screen on Prendo365.com click on the blue text “Forgot your password” and enter the email you used to purchase you course.
If you want to change your English course to a bilingual course or vice versa, you need to contact us and we’ll make the switch. *please note, if you decide to switch language you will lose your progress.
