  3. You can scan to email your documents directly to your tax preparer, be sure to password protect your emailed documents. Be sure to send your password in a separate email.
  4. You can take a picture of your documents and text them to our office phone number, this is a secure form of receiving and sending documents.

Here are the protective measures all of us at Lopez Tax Service are taking against the new coronavirus:

Stay aware of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak, available on the World Health Organization website.

Wash your hands frequently

Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

Maintain social distancing, at least 3 feet distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.

Fear is contagious just like the coronavirus. Stay positive and maintain an upbeat attitude. We will get through this together.
